Product Refunds
In case the product received by the customer is damaged, defective, or not as per the product description provided on our website, the customer can request a return or exchange of the product within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Initiate Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must inform us by email at [email protected]. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from the customer’s delivery address.
Product Returns
The returned product must be unused, with all the tags and packaging intact.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in a resalable condition. If it is, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Payment Method
If the customer has paid for the product through a debit or credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the customer has paid through net banking, the refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
Non-Refundable Charges
The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
In case the customer wants to cancel the order after the payment has been made, they can do so by emailing us at [email protected]. If the product has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the payment. If the product has been shipped, the customer will have to follow the return procedure as outlined above.
