At Yash Autotech, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Since we deal with vehicle-specific accessories and automotive products, we offer replacement only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or compatibility issues not caused by us.

Eligibility for Replacement

Customers must report any of the following issues within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing parts or incomplete product

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any claim related to:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items or parts
  • Incomplete package

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

To request a replacement, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video showing the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Request a Replacement

Our team will review the claim and may request additional information before approval.

Replacement Process

Once the replacement request is approved:

  • The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
  • We may arrange pickup of the defective/wrong product, or ask the customer to ship it back depending on service availability.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, tags, invoice, and all supplied components.
  • After inspection and verification, a replacement product will be dispatched.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product has been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Customer ordered the wrong product or variant.
  • Vehicle compatibility issues caused by incorrect vehicle details provided by the customer.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality.
  • Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery without a valid reason.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on www.yashautotech.in are covered under our Replacement Only Policy.

We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than approved replacement cases mentioned above.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@yashautotech.in.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
